Commercial Projects
We manage commercial fit-out and space projects end to end, coordinating design, documentation, fabrication and delivery as one project rather than disconnected handoffs. Every project starts with a clear scope matrix: what is included, who is responsible, and what remains to be confirmed before final pricing — so you always know exactly where the project stands.
Approval is treated as a structured information flow, not a bottleneck. We coordinate inputs from the client, licensed specialists, equipment suppliers, the fabricator and the relevant authority through a defined cycle of submission, review, comments and resubmission — supported by buildable drawings, technical documents and verified equipment data at every stage.
